This project was a complete architectural transformation of a classic Mizner-style estate. The client wanted to honor the home’s timeless architecture while introducing a modern, minimalist outdoor living space, creating a seamless flow from the interior to their view of the main canal.
Our design solution centered on using large-format, non-slip porcelain pavers, precision-cut and laid in a striking geometric pattern with high-end artificial turf. This creates a soft, organic feel underfoot while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Our team managed the entire project, resulting in a sophisticated, multi-zone oasis built for high-end entertaining.
