Our process is designed to be a seamless, white-glove experience. It follows four clear phases:
1. Inquiry & Discovery: It begins with your online Project Inquiry and a brief 15-minute Discovery Call with our team.
2. Design & Consultation: The next step is our comprehensive On-Site Design & Discovery Consultation, where we walk the property, take measurements, and develop the formal concept.
3. Visualization & Proposal: Our design team creates photorealistic 3D renderings and a detailed, line-itemed investment proposal for your approval.
4. Build & Management: Upon your approval, your dedicated Project Manager and our team of in-house artisans bring the vision to life, with proactive communication and meticulous site management from start to finish.
Yes. We are a design-build firm, not just installers. We offer project planning and development and 3D renderings. This allows you to see exactly how your new outdoor living space will look, feel, and flow with your home before a single paver is laid.
